As we enter 2026, I want to thank you for your kindness, generosity, and continued support. Your thoughtful gifts and warm gestures mean so much to our Growing Tree team and truly brighten our days.
Most importantly, thank you for trusting us with your children. It is a joy to care for them each day. Your support helps us create a loving, safe, and nurturing environment where your children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Annual Registration Fees:
The annual registration fees will be billed to your February invoice. You will be charged based on your choice on the volunteer form you signed in the fall. Registration fees are due March 1st.
- I plan to volunteer 10 hours during the 2025 calendar year and will pay the annual fee of $100/one child or $150/ multiple children.
OR
2. I plan to pay the $200 one-child / $250 multiple-children rate annual fee without commitment to volunteer hours.
Professional Development:
Our teachers will spend the month of February completing the 20 hours of professional development required each year as teachers at Growing Tree.
Brrr it cold outside:
Winter is here. Our classrooms spend time outside 2 to 3 times a day. Please ensure your child has plenty of clothes to layer with, as the days are very unpredictable. Please have the following items at school at all times:
- Please label every single item of clothing you bring into the classroom. I have a Sharpie at the front desk if you need one. Mabels Labels is also a good source for labeling clothes. The teacher thank you.
- Snowsuit
- Boots
- Hat
- Two pairs of gloves
Inclement Weather:
Growing Tree’s priority is to be open every day. On days when other schools are closed due to weather, I will send a Brightwheel message to confirm our school schedule. Very rarely do we close on these days
Brightwheel Sign In/Out
Please sign your child in and out daily using your Brightwheel App. QR codes are available at the front door and on each classroom window; we even have paper codes for your car as a convenience.
Play Lists:
Class playlists are available on the website under the Parent Tab.
Log-in information is username: parent password: gtcc2023.
Volunteer Hours:
- Blue Bag Bottle Drop
- Pick up trash and pull weeds around the perimeter of the Center.
First Friday:
Growing Tree provides a parent’s night out on the First Friday of each month. This is an excellent opportunity for a date night or quiet time. The evening includes dinner, crafts, and a movie. Children should bring their pajamas. Our next First Friday is January 9th. Please sign up at the front desk.

Helpful Hints
- All clothes from home should be labeled with your child’s name.
- Please take your child’s nap supplies home each Friday to wash and return them on Monday.
- Check your child’s file folder on Fridays.
Blue Bags:
- Blue bags are available for your recyclable bottles and cans. Each sleeve of bags earns you one volunteer hour. Please drop your full blue bags at any bottle drop location. If you want to drop off Growing Tree’s recycling at one of the bottle drop locations, you will also earn one volunteer hour. To date, Growing Tree has received over $2000 from your recycling.
