Dear Big Seed Families,
We loved seeing everyone at the Annual Growing Tree BBQ!
As our last month together approaches, we want to thank all our families for an incredible year! Although we will miss Avery, Elle, Lily, Sydney, Luca, and Colette, we look forward to seeing what our Big Seeds will Sprout into! We enjoyed watching them reach all their milestones this year and seeing their personalities shine. Thank you for trusting us and allowing us to build bonds with your children. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for these Big Seeds!
In July, Maisy, Kollins, and Wolf graduated from the Seedling room. They are settling in well, and we are enjoying getting to know them and their families. This month, we will also bid farewell to Ms. Stacey, as she is no longer with Growing Tree. She decided to take on a nanny position. We wish her well in her new adventure! Please welcome our new teacher, Ms Arren. She brings extensive experience to Growing Tree, and we look forward to her presence in the classroom.

This month, we’re excited to explore dinosaurs and even create some of our own! We’re sure you’ll hear the Big Seeds roaring from across the hall as they leave their final “stomps” in the Big Seed room.

Big Seeds:
Sydney has loved playing with ocean animals. Her favorite seems to be the octopus. We have been practicing trying to say such a big word.
Wesley has enjoyed playing with shape sorters and reading books. Her favorite activity is clapping and dancing to “Slippery Fish” during circle time.
Maisy’s language has begun to flourish. When she points to something, we tell her what it is, and she attempts to repeat it. This month, she noticed the birds on the playground and enjoys listening to them tweet, tweet.
Avery has been using her words more and more, asking for help when she feels frustrated. When a friend is sad, she will bend down and offer them a toy to play with. She loves to pat the baby dolls to put them to sleep and enjoys patting her friends during nap time as well.
Kollins loves her dress-up clothes! She also enjoys the pop-up animal toy, making each animal sound as it pops up.
Wolf is becoming more comfortable in the classroom with his new friends. He enjoys the music during circle time, and he also likes playing with the animal pop-up toy.
Lily has been loving the babies! She loves to rock them and wrap them in blankets. She also enjoyed playing in the sandbox with all of the ocean animals.
Elle enjoys looking at books and talking about the new ocean animals she discovers. She is also our best classroom organizer. Her latest trick is climbing over the top of the playhouse outside.

Growing Tree will be closed August 25- September 1st
The first day of the new school year will be September 2nd
