DD Ranch:
The turnout was terrific for the DD Ranch. It was so fun watching families connect outside of Growing Tree! Thank you for participating!
Conferences:
Conferences will be held on Friday, November 11th. These conferences will be held in person only. Please look for the email to sign up for your meeting. The teachers are looking forward to connecting with their families.
Holiday Sing A Long
It's Back, and we could not be more excited to have scheduled our Annual Holiday-Sing-Along. Mark your calendars for Monday, December 19th. We will gather at UUFCO for lots of holiday singing. Each classroom will perform its favorite songs. Yes, even the Seeds!
Poinsettia Orders Due:
We are entering year 25 of our annual "Poinsettia Sale" We hope that you enjoy selling the poinsettias as much as I enjoy delivering them. It is a great way to start your Holiday Season!
- I have attached the order form at the top of the newsletter and placed one in your child's file folder
- Please approach your employer, family, and friends. I can deliver plants to businesses but not homes.
- Do you need volunteer hours? For every two Poinsettias you sell, you receive one volunteer hour.
- Orders are due ASAP
Winter Clothes:
Did you happen to know? Growing Tree classrooms (including the Big Seed room) go outside 3 times a day, no matter the weather. Both children and teachers look forward to these times. Your child must have the appropriate clothing to stay warm. As we move into winter, we ask that your child have the following supplies in their cubby: snowsuit, boots, hat, and two pairs of mittens/gloves.
Inclement Weather:
For your review, before the weather goes south, our Inclement Weather/Emergency Closure Policy is as follows: - Growing Tree does NOT follow the public school schedule for snow/weather days or 2-hour delays. It is our goal to remain open as usual.
- On these days when the public schools have closures, I will send out an early alert message confirming our status via BRIGHTWHEEL
- In the event we need to close the center due to weather or an emergency, we will contact you first via BRIGHTWHEEL and then post closure information on Facebook.
- In an emergency, if the situation allows, we will contact you via phone once we are safe.

The playlists have been updated! Under the PARENT tab on our website, you will find class Playlists. Please review your information on the Playlist to ensure accuracy.
