Philosophy
At Growing Tree we believe that children learn through play. Play is a child’s work. In the Bud classroom you will see many different age appropriate activities set up for the children to explore. Each activity has a different developmental focus which instill confidence, self esteem, and a love of learning.

Nurturing Care:
Compassionate teachers, a safe nurturing environment, and a room decorated with your child’s work is what you will see upon entering the Bud room. Our teachers provide age appropriate activities, positive redirection, and even help with potty training but only when your child is ready.

Growth and Development:
The Bud room is a classroom full of movement and autonomy. At times you may see shoes on the wrong feet, clothes on inside out, and not so clean faces. Please be patient as your child “Buds” into a self reliant member of our classroom. A two year olds favorite phrase is “I can do it” Never do we want to discourage their independence.
